For any orders via our commissions section (means any item of jewellery that is created by me in accordance with your specifications). This includes but is not limited to items with customised design, metals & gemstones.) Your right to cancel is revoked. Any subsequent returns, refunds, credits or exchanges shall be at the discretion of Judith the designer, where all decisions are final. All purchases have a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. This excludes earrings due to hygiene reasons. Any damages during transition must be notified to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Any returns that come back and look like they have been tampered with or changed from when purchased will not be refunded,
We aim to answer all email enquiries within 24 hours.
All goods under £40 sent out anywhere in the UK, will be sent 2nd Class signed for post. Anything over that amount will be sent special delivery throughout the UK. International orders please message for ordering as will need to invoice you the correct postage.
If you need sending 1st class please notify us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing so that we can update the postage costs accordingly.
